Personal Counselling Service

As a professional counsellor I provide individuals with personal help and support. Whether your issue is about current stress or inner personal conflict, I can draw on integrated counselling theories and extensive experience to help you explore your feelings and your ways forward. All support is confidential, delivered to BACP standards.  

A single session costs £35.00. A block of 3 session is just £100. Making a block booking can really help you focus on personal progress. 

I currently have evening availability at 5.00 p.m. and 6.15 pm, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Appointments are held at the tranquil setting of my garden room at back of my house in Low Pittington, just 4 miles from Durham and 6 miles from Sunderland.   

Low Pittington is proving to be a popular venue for people from the Sunderland, Washington, Houghton, Chester-le-street and Durham areas, with easy access from the A690 and A1M.
